USER CONTENT

All snippets and comments contributed by outside users are required to meet the following criteria:

1. Snippets and comments should contain no offensive material.  The site operators reserve the exclusive right to determine what constitutes "offensive."

2. Snippets and comments should contain no fraudulent or otherwise unlawful materials.

3. Snippets and comments should not plagiarize or infringe upon the rights
of any third party, nor should they violate any copyright or trademark law.

4. Snippets and comments should contain no commercial advertisements for products or services without prior authorization by the Snippet Squares operators.  UNAUTHORIZED ADVERTISEMENTS IN SNIPPET SQUARES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!  If you wish to advertise products or services in a snippet square, you must first have your snippet reviewed and authorized for insertion into a square.  The authorization process can be started by going to the "Contact Us" page and submitting your snippet for review.  All advertisements in comments will be erased upon discovery.

If your snippet or comment meets the criteria specified above, Snippet Squares agrees to do its best to display your snippet, or your comment, for at least 30 days or whatever duration otherwise specified.  If your snippet or comment violates the above criteria, the site operators will endeavor to remove your snippet or comment immediately.


REMOVAL, REVISION, AND SUSPENSION OF USER CONTENT

The site operators reserve the right to remove or revise snippets or comments for any reason at any time without warning or explanation REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU MADE A MONETARY CONTRIBUTION FOR YOUR SNIPPET SQUARE OR NOT.  If you registered a snippet that you believe met our above criteria for user content, and if that snippet was removed by the site operators before its expiration, and if you made a monetary contribution for your snippet square and would like a refund, then we encourage you to contact us.  The site operators also reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to suspend the access of any user to contribute content to the site.
